A twist on a tried and true classic way to enjoy your favorite Block Bourbon.
Block on the Rocks
An Ice Mold or Tray
rosemary sprigs
2.5 oz. your favorite Block Bourbon
Add a small sprig or two of Rosemary to an ice mold or a few leaves in each if the recesses of an ice cube tray. Add filtered water and freeze until solid.
Pop your infused ice cube into a glass and pour on your favorite Block Bourbon, then sit back and enjoy. Cheers!
Mix it up by trying different herbs or spices like Thyme, Cloves or Tarragon. Add a pinch of citrus zest to add a whole other level of complexity and distinction.
